Ground Zero has two distinct high-intensity class categories: Ride and Resistance. These complementary workouts ensure a comprehensive full-body exercise experience. 

Resistance is their total body workout experience. Expect dynamic weight sequences, functional movement patterns and high intensity exercises.

Ride is their take on a traditional indoor cycling class, better known as spin. Expect rhythm-based choreography set to specially put together playlists for the ultimate cardio workout.
